Everything in one place

All the everyday work, without the clutter

Sales, purchases, stock, bank and reports share the same simple screens, so once you know one, you know them all.

Sales and invoicing

Quotations, orders, invoices and receipts. Print a proper sales tax invoice or save it as a PDF to send.

Purchases and suppliers

Record bills and expenses, pay suppliers, and deduct withholding tax when you pay. The tax waits until you deposit it.

Stock

See what's on the shelf and what it's worth. Every sale records its cost for you, at average cost.

Bank and cash

Bank, cash and wallet accounts, transfers between them, and a reconciliation that tells you when you're done.

Reports

Profit and loss, balance sheet, who owes you, sales tax and more. Print or download any of them.

Team and roles

Bring in your accountant and staff. Make roles that show each person only the areas they need, and every change is logged.

How it works

From a quotation to money in the bank

Each step starts from the one before, so nothing is typed twice. You work with documents you already know; the accounting happens behind them.

  1. 1QuotationSend your prices. When the customer says yes, it becomes an order.
  2. 2OrderKeep track of what you promised, and print a delivery note to go with the goods.
  3. 3InvoiceMade from the order in one click. Sales tax and stock are worked out for you.
  4. 4PaymentCash, bank, cheque or wallet, including any tax the customer withheld.
  5. 5ReportsProfit, tax and who owes what, up to date the moment anything is saved.
Buying works the same wayPurchase order, then the supplier's bill, then the payment, with withholding tax deducted when you pay.
The bookkeeping does itselfEvery step posts its double entry in the background, so your ledger, trial balance and balance sheet always agree.

A closer look

Made for the way business is done here

Sales tax, withholding tax, cheques, advances and stock at average cost are part of the everyday screens, not add-ons.

Invoicing

Invoices your customers and the tax office will recognise

Your NTN and STRN on every invoice, sales tax worked out line by line, and a clean print or PDF to send on WhatsApp or email.

  • Quotation to order to invoice, without typing anything twice
  • Delivery notes without prices, and credit notes for returns
  • Recurring invoices for rent and retainers, made on their date
  • Bring in customers and products from a spreadsheet to get going fast

Getting paid

Know who owes what, and record it the way it arrives

Customers pay in cash, by transfer or with a cheque dated next week, and big buyers withhold tax. Each of these has a proper place.

  • Tax a customer withheld settles the invoice in full and is kept to claim back
  • Money received before an invoice waits as an advance until you use it
  • Post-dated cheques wait in their own list; deposit them on the day
  • Customer statements and aged receivables show who to call first

Stock

Stock that keeps its own score

Every bill adds to stock at what it cost; every invoice takes it out at average cost. You always know what's on the shelf and what it's worth.

  • Profit on every product, not only on every invoice
  • Low-stock warnings, and a warning before you sell what you don't have
  • Counts, damage and opening stock as adjustments with a reason
  • Stock valuation and stock movement reports for any period

Bank and books

Books that tie out, every month

Bank, cash and mobile wallet accounts with transfers between them, and a reconciliation that tells you plainly when you're done.

  • Match your books to the bank statement until the difference is zero
  • Proper double entry: chart of accounts, journals and opening balances
  • Trial balance, profit and loss and balance sheet whenever you want them
  • Lock a period once its returns are filed, so nothing changes behind you

AI assistant, included

Ask your books a question. Get a straight answer.

Who owes me the most? What did I sell last month? Which products are running low? The assistant looks it up in your own figures and links you to the invoice or report behind the answer.

  • Answers from your own records, not guesses
  • Reads only. It never changes anything
  • Respects roles: staff don't see reports

Questions

Good to know

Do I need to know accounting?

No. You work with invoices, bills and payments; the double-entry bookkeeping happens behind the scenes. When you want an accountant to check things, add them to your team with their own sign-in.

Is my data private?

Only the people you add can see your books. Each business's records are kept apart at the database level, and an activity log records every change.

What happens when the free trial ends?

Choose a plan and pay by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa. Nothing is charged automatically. If you don't pay, your books become read-only; nothing is deleted.

Does it work with FBR?

Invoices carry your NTN and STRN, and the sales tax and withholding tax reports give you the figures for your returns. Direct FBR digital invoicing is on the way.

Can I bring in my existing customers and products?

Yes. Import customers, suppliers and products from a spreadsheet, with what customers owe you, what you owe suppliers and the stock you hold. You can also enter opening balances by hand.

Does it handle cheques and withholding tax?

Yes. Record post-dated cheques and deposit them on their date. Deduct withholding tax when you pay suppliers, and record the tax customers withhold when they pay you.

Can I run more than one business?

Yes. One sign-in, several businesses, each with its own books, team and plan. Switch between them from the account menu.

Is the AI assistant extra?

No. It's included in every plan. It only reads your books to answer questions; it never changes anything.
